Kesar Lassi

Lassi is an all- time favourite of North Indians. Lassi can be plain or with some flavor added to it. It can be sweet or salted.

Basic info about the recipe
Cuisine                                             - North Indian
Serves                                             - 2 people.

1.   Curd                             - 2 cups
2.   Ice Water                     - ½ cup
3.   Sugar                           - 3-4 tsp
4.   Kesar                           - ½ tsp

Method: Dissolve saffron in quarter cup of luke warm water.

Blend curd, ice water and sugar in a mixer. Add the dissolved kesar and blend again.

Garnish with kesar and badam and serve cold.
